I am Patrick Jennings. A traveller; a writer; a photographer. Photography has long been a passion, a bug I caught in Mr. Haust's high-school photography class. Later, I attended the School of Photographic Arts and Sciences at Rochester Institute of Technology to study the esoterica of the art form for a year. Life's little twists and turns led me away for a time, but five years of extended travels have brought me back to a life viewed, significantly, through the lens.
In 1994 I began travelling. For three months or more at a go. While on the road, I write and photograph. Between journeys, while more or less 'home' in Vancouver, I publish the text and images created by the journey -- on this other website.
